Our Process

You will enjoy our simple and straightforward process:

Complete the short inquiry form below, email us at jdeering@rimtyme.com, or call Jim Deering at (972) 403-4905 and we will email you a RimTyme application form. (All applications are held in confidence.)
Once we receive your full application, we will pre-qualify you and send you a full Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). As soon as you return the receipt for the FDD, the diligence process begins.
When your final qualification is complete and we mutually agree to go forward with the franchise, you will be issued a Development Agreement or a Franchise Agreement.
Site selection is next. We will put you in touch with our recommended commercial broker for professional assistance with site selection.
Upon execution of agreements, we will also send you a cash flow worksheet to complete your 1, 2, and 3 year cash flow projections.
You are assigned a Franchise Field Consultant upon completion of the cash flow worksheet and final site determination. Your Franchise Field Consultant will take you step-by-step through the remainder of the opening process.
